| Fender - Strat Squire
Oh yeah! XD
Whilst it's not the best guitar, it's reliable and it does the job, so it's not so bad... I'm after a Gibson myself, though. I just love the sounds they can make! On the other hand, I do not want a Les Paul!! XD |

| ^ Same. My strings buzz easily though, even when I'm playing on the frets fine. I'd love another electric guitar though. I might get one for my birthday which is coming up. Not sure what :/ |

| Well that depends on what you want to play.
I'm more of a metal kinda guy, so obviously that Mockingbird suits me well. I'm probably going to set an OFR on it sometime though, the licensed ones are horrible and I hate having to constantly retune.
Starom, I don't know your budget, but if you want a gibson, I'd suggest the '58 Explorer model. They're really reliable, and have a good sound. _________________ It appears that I am the first official Banjo player of the 123guitartabs community. | I checked it out and it certainly looks amazing! ^^ Like you, I'm more of a metal player (although I do often play rock/jazz guitar)... Would it be suitable for that sort of playing? |

| I'd love a B.C. Rich guitar, I think it was the Dagger design I liked the best, except my dad thinks that they won't sound good and he'll be doing the buying. Or this Indie guitar I once saw or a Gibson SG, however they're quite expensive. :/ |

| I had a good look and aside from the Explorer, I also liked a Dean guitar called the "Razorback DB". It was pretty cheap and looked pretty magnificent! ^^ I just wish it had a whammy bar... >.< |

I wouldn't see why not; I suppose it depends on what model Explorer you're after, but they've got a kind of wide price range. I suggest asking someone who's more experienced you know personally, than some salesman at a Guitar Center who just wants to sell you the most expensive thing. - Nizzi wrote:

The Dagger caught my eye originally, but I'm not really into the electro-acoustic thing. The soundholes kind of bugged me. - Starom wrote:

I'm not into the Razorbacks...I think they're mostly ugly. About the only attractive one I've seen is Matt Heafy of Trivium's. I don't have a whole lot of experience playing them, but they just didn't feel right in my hands. That may differ for you, though. _________________ It appears that I am the first official Banjo player of the 123guitartabs community. Same here, I usually hate those wholes, but for that guitar I could maybe make an exception. |

| I absolutely loved the look of the Razorback, but I've never played on one, so I don't know about the feel yet... But it's good to hear other's opinions ^^ |

Yeah, just have to try one out sometime. Personally I think they just feel funny, and don't like how they are sitting down while playing. My Mockingbird's excellent in that area =D _________________ It appears that I am the first official Banjo player of the 123guitartabs community. | Epiphone Les Paul.
I like it but sometimes wish I had gotten a strat. All my favorite players use them. |
